Curiosity has always been Qian's greatest motivation. She believes innovative design ideas come from delicate observations of the ordinary and small. Her unique insight of design thinking has been shaped by the three cultures she has been a part of: China, Japan and the United States. China taught her to be humble and never stop learning. Japan inspired her to be thoughtful and passionate about life. In the United States, where her creativity met professionalism, she continues to better herself as a visual communicator while ever seeking meaningful design in the new media era.
