Extravirgen es una marca que abordará un negocio dedicado a la comercialización de productos
gourmet, hacíendo un especial hincapié, en el aceite de oliva virgen extra.

El naming es resultado de un juego con su producto estrella el aceite de oliva virgen extra.
El primer local estará situado en la calle Granada, en el centro de Málaga, donde ya se encuentran algunas tiendas de la competencia como puede ser La Chinata.

Nuestro público objetivo podemos definirlo como el siguiente:
- Clase social: media-alta
- Edad: A partir de 30 años
- Sexo: indiferente
- Nacionalidad: 20% españoles, 80% extranjeros (importancia de incluir el descriptor en inglés)

Es un sector que aunque en parte está en desarrollo, se ha visto muy saturado en los últimos años ya que hoy en día la palabra gourmet, la podemos encontrar desde en un postre, hasta en una bolsa de patatas de 1,80€. Por ello hemos decidido no utilizar éste vocablo en nuestra marca.

El objetivo principal de nuestra marca es posicionarnos en este mercado, donde la tendencia es creciente hacia la exclusividad y sobre todo hacia la diferenciación.

 

EXTRAVIRGEN is a brand that addresses a business dedicated to the commercialization of products
gourmet , making a special emphasis in the extra virgin olive oil .
The naming is the result of a game with its flagship product the extra virgin olive oil .
The first store will be located in the Granada Street in the center of Malaga, where there are already some stores such as competition "La Chinata".

- Nationality : 20% of Spaniards, 80 % foreigners ( including importance of the descriptor in English )
It is a sector which although partly under development , has been heavily saturated in recent years since nowadays the word gourmet , we can find from a dessert , even in a bag of chips € 1.80 . We have therefore decided not to use this term in our brand .
The main objective is to position our brand in this market, where the trend is growing towards exclusivity and especially to the differentiation.
