To complement, explain and contextualise the main body of my Major Project*, I wrote, designed, printed and bound this book. My aim was to make my slightly esoteric project more easily accessible and contain all the work in a single document. To reflect the variousness of my poster designs, each page looks different, following only a simple modular grid to maintain consistency.

To complement, explain and contextualise the main body of my Major Project*, I wrote, designed, printed and bound this book. My aim was to make my slightly esoteric project more easily accessible and contain all the work in a single document. To reflect the variousness of my poster designs, each page looks different, following only a simple modular grid to maintain consistency.
The poster for the 21st century is folded to form a half dust jacket, and provides more information on the project's creation. Inside, the book is divided into two main sections: photography and posters, with explanatory text for each. I used a variety of paper stocks (everything from 90 gsm silk to 280 gsm uncoated) to vary the texture and fit each page, and bound it by hand using the Japanese four-hole technique.

This project was a runner-up in the StudioLR Graduate Prize, and there are plans to exhibit it in Traquair House's gallery.
