Tree-Nation is a non-profit charity that plants trees in needy places, virtually. Pretty cool right? They use Google maps so that donors can pick their exact location of their tree within the Tree-Nation forests, then a volunteer plants the tree in the location selected. I wanted a sustainable way to promote Tree-Nation by using non-tradition advertising, that is more earth conscious like shadow advertising, and white-washing. Along with the campaign is an iPhone app so you can plant and visit your trees on the go.
