Submission Forms for Constitutional Court

One of the elements of the new corporate identity for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia was redesign of two forms, one used for submission of constitutional complaint and the other for lodging petitions.

The forms are set in Le Monde Sans. They are available in two formats, PDF and Word.

The existing forms were problematic for several reasons. The structure of information was confusing and unfriendly for the user and for the person processing the data, fill in boxes did not provide a clear understanding of the length of the text filled and additional information and specific warnings were lost in the amount of unstructured text and did not turn out to be helpful for the user.

Vertically, the form is divided in three columns, each column has a specific purpose. Horizontally it is divided in several sections, structured by importance. It clearly separates the submission data of the user from the content of the petition.

1. General instructions
2. Fill in box
3. Additional information and warnings that help the user with details regarding the submission
    (laws, dates etc.)
