    Lighting Design

    This project was a KCACTF Regional Award Winner

  • Lighting design for Utah State University's production of Our Country's Good.
    Directed by Adrianne Moore, with scenic design by Rufus Zaejodaeus, technical direction by Matt Stowe, costume design by Nancy Hills, and lighting design by Milinda Weeks. 

    A major influence for this lighting design was the work of Ansel Adams. I found his high contrast work to be inspiring, especially those that included a strong single high key light. I tried to reinterpret what he was able to capture on film to the stage for this production.
