The project was to design a book using only typography on a topic that is personal. I chose the topic of 'Obstructed Journeys' due to incidences of terrorism and insecurity in the country. The 12 events mentioned in the book are real life events that happened to me directly or to my loved ones. The binding is known as 'Explosive' binding and to me seemed perfect for the concept of the book. I dedicate this book to the people of Pakistan for their resilience and strength to move on against the odds.
