Typographic illustration for a magazine. Both for the cover, and for the double page, a typeface was developed on the basis of a simple college block grid and digitized.
 
The quote is from my favorite novel "The War of the Worlds" (1898) by H.G. Wells.
 
A semester project at the FH Aachen, University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Design (2009).
