Maple Leash is a Canada based company sells dog clothes and their requirement was to show a classy and well dressed dog (esp. a 'Doberman') as a logo mark. But the logo needed to be less cartoony despite of being creative; - rather the logo needed to convey a strong image and feel that of "Hitman (popular PC game) frontal appearance style" or gives a feel like "The Godfather" as seen in their posters. In simple words, the logo mark needed to have a Doberman in a tuxedo and a red tie, plus wearing seriousness in its face.
