I wanted a simple and slick design which excludes all the cuts and bindings. Ireplaced the commonly used velcro with a gripping material, thus achieving asmooth look and feel.
Because it's a medical device and people often get stressed on the thought thatthey have to use it, Hi.lo comes in different colors.
Green because it's a relaxing color, fun and flamboyant orange radiates warmthand energy, the color of ocean and the sky, blue is perceived as a constant inour lives, it invokes rest and can cause the body to produce chemicals that arecalming.
White projects purity, cleanliness, and neutrality. Doctors use white coats wehave to bring back that safety that the doctor gives us.
I wanted to make something that would look and feel more human. The fun thingabout it is that it doesn't look like a medical device, that's a comfortingfact for the people who use it.
