Greg Holden, Album cover design
At this time I came across a competition to design artwork for Greg Holden’s album “I don’t believe you”. After initial brainstorming, I concluded that the final outcome would have an abstract outcome. So after some idea generation I want to create a symbol for faith and belief and smash it to pieces to illustrate the line "I don’t believe.”
The symbol was originally going to be a brain illustration, “belief or faith is something we create in our minds to helps us deal with certain situations in our environment.” After more development I simplified the brain illustration down to a circle, which later lead me to play around with other geometric shapes.
