OBJECTIVE
To invent a space that offers all the amenities of a standard hotel into the quaintness of a boutique hotel.
PROCESS & SOLUTION
Gaining inspiration from the 1950’s or 1960’s glamorous Hollywood scene, I created the Glam Boutique Hotel. It is a two story hotel located in the heart of Old City Philadelphia offering an upscale and delicious restaurant, bar, lounge, six guest rooms and a small movie theater. The theater was added to the space to play with the theme of Hollywood movie stars and to provide an area for guests to enjoy themselves. Finally, the palette for the space is only black and white with pops of red to symbolize the style and glamour of vintage Hollywood.
