Sculptural Seat made from ash.
  • Effigy of the Mind.

  • The 'Effigy of the Mind' was created to emphasise the creative thought of the mind. The seat profile was the only pre determined element of construction. The creation that followed was built up one step at a time with a very inseresting and sculptural result. The seat profile was steam bent Ash and the remainder of the seat was built using Ash laminates and then bent into their natural position.
