This is Didone Moderne. Stylish & Elegant, it is a unique take on the Didone classification of fonts that were propular during the late 18th Century, such as Didot & Bodini. It has all the tell tale signs of a Didone; high constrast strokes, horizontal stress combined with height that makes the font uniquely geometric, and a modern appearance. However, instead of unbracketed serifs, Didone Moderne has a mix of hairline and thick bracketed serifs. This font works well as a typographic display or eye-catching headline for editorial layouts.
