Block Club’s previous logo had been a square; the move to a cube represents the company’s transition from a magazine and design firm, to a multi-faceted design firm that produces a quarterly magazine, as well as nationally-distributed products and award-winning design. The business cards show the playfulness of the organization, with the illustrated heads; the letterhead is business-professional. The real darling of the suite, the media kit, shows the extension of the brand into a system of interchangeable parts – typefaces, grid structures, colors and hierarchy – that is exemplary of all Block Club projects.
