Signed to the legendary progressive rock label Musea in France, Glenn Thomson's first album for the label, Spidercraft UFO, was released in December 2012.
An eclectic mix of progressive rock, jazz fusion and electronica, the album features a soaring cinematic architecture, anthemic songs and in the words of 2012's Grammy winner for mastering album of the year, Tom Coyne....."the ultimate definition of cool."
2014's Artaud's Cane dives deeper into the progressive, taking inspiration from the magical cane Antonin Artaud attempted to return to the Irish people in 1937. Musically ambitious, the album delivers a euphoric, melodic palette of rippling guitars, swooping synths and epic orchestration that draws the listener to an ever deeper exploration of its textures.
