This piece is a hand made chaise longue featuring four handmade round tiles depicting the death of the Greek mythological king Agamemnon. This piece is 5ft by 3ft and completely mosaiced using 2.5cm tiles. This particular piece was designed to be displayed in a large bathroom or power room creating direct connections to Agamemnons' death in the bathroom of his home.
The supporting works feature a series of handmade ceramic tiles telling the story in more detail over 6 tiles using the scrafetto technique to engrave the imagery.
