ALT FILM features programming that would not appeal to the average consumer. Probably sometimes a little too far up its own rump, ALT FILM would devote a full Saturday afternoon of airtime to an Italian Film marathon rather than air last Summer's biggest blockbuster.
The project includes two bumpers that would air during specific types of programming blocks. One for Arthouse Film, featuring clips from films such as Koyaanisqatsi, Stanley Kubrik's 2001: A Space Odyssey, Le Voyage Dans Lune, and Un Chien Andalou by Luis Buñuel and Salvadore Dali. The other featuring clips from Cult Classics such as Rocky Horror Picture Show, David Lynch's Pink Flamingos, and Koyaanisqatsi once again. Finally, a program line-up featuring four films that define Italian Cinema proceeds the animated logo separated from the previous pieces for your viewing pleasure.
