The brief was to highlight the bad side effects and penalty for taking Heroin & Methamphetamine. We were asked to create a Brochure and 2 A2 posters. The target audience were youths.
We felt that compared to the deadly side effects of drugs, the penalty of taking drugs created a greater impact to the youths. We decided to focus the art direction more on the penalty. We also looked up on which were the common ways of consuming the substances. For Meth, the Meth pipe and for Heroin, it had to be the syringe and we played with this elements in our design.
