This water installation was part of Watershed 2016, a party by River LA and 72U.

This project was done during my creative residency at 72andSunny and probably the biggest challenge in my professional career as I started it without any previous experience about programming, wiring or experiential design. I am very thankful to Dave Rife and Gabe Liberti daveandgabe.care  for all their help and advice through this project.

The project consisted in an acrylic table with LED strips animated in Arduino. Water was running on the top and four pressure sensors were placed on the sides of the table and connected to other LED strips.

Inspired by the LA River, it was designed to create a playful experience and let people experiment with water, lights and design.
