Created for Type 2 at San Diego City College. Maximus Knife Co. is a fictitious direct to consumer kitchen knife company. I chose to use black letter for the company logo to represent its precision knives. I used a pilot 6mm parallel pen and tracing paper to create the initial sketches. I then translated those sketches into a vector hand lettered logo.
