This project was a voluntary commission.
In November 2019, I was contacted by a student from the ESADE school in Spain presenting the initiative to make t-shirts for Movember, encouraging people to learn about the movement and become aware of it. The idea was to make some kind of illustration that would represent or imply the movement, either by simply representing and using the mustache as a reference or by trying to combine the concept of solidarity.
"Movember is a movement that was born in 2003, and is currently on the rise; the main reason is that men grow their mustache (Mustache) during the month of November (November), with the intention of creating raise awareness of prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and male depression.
The Movember movement began with a small group of young people who began to grow mustaches and raise money to raise awareness in society, and a year later, in 2004, they registered as the Movember Foundation; Now it has become a global event, in 2012, the Global Journal listed Movember as one of the top 100 NGOs in the world. "
