LIBERTIES BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Liberties Boutique Hotel is a project designed for the existing building located at 10 Mill Street, one of the most important surviving early eighteenth-century houses in The Liberties, a historical and known neighbourhood in Dublin.
Respecting the history of the structure that was once the former residence of William Brabazon, Earl of Meath, in the 19th century, this project will connect the original protected building with an innovative and modern annex via a glazed pedestrian bridge to create a unique experience for the guests and residents of this boutique hotel. Inspired by my client Bono, lead singer of the rock band U2, and his influence and contributions to the music industry, the project combines contemporary design with sustainable materials and construction methods.
