Located in an exclusive forest estate in Durban, South Africa this 4 bedroom family home is designed to maximise indoor/outdoor living. The Main living spaces face North to take advantage of optimum natural light. A private outdoor area was created to help soften this transition between the inside and outside spaces. The natural materiality, floating lines and stepped façade incorporated in this design speak to the architectural ethos of the estate.
