In November 2019 I had opportunity to travel around India. One of the cities I visited was Varanasi on the River Ganges. Having previously visited 37 years earlier I noticed a lot of change, though the atmosphere remains mind-blowing. Both physically and mentally exhausting, Varanasi is also amazingly rewarding.
