Learning To Create Vector Portraits

I have made a couple of basic vector portraits previously with a relatively flat design so wanted to have a go a trying something with more detail. I have spent some time working on the below and am fairly happy with it for my first detailed portrait, however, I want to know what I can do to improve my work so would appreciate any contructive feedback.
