I was tasked with creating these 3 tapestries for Overlord: Dark Legend for the Wii platform.
I used working and concept art assets from the game, mainly rendered from Maya to construct these beasts in After Effects. The whole thing from start to finish took only a couple of months to complete, with many changes, re-writes and the up-hill battle of a hefty, highly layer-intensive 2.5D project rendering on a fairly low-end machine!
Though the character and 3D assets used were created by the talented artists at Climax, and some final finishing touches to the colour grading was done by a 'minion' of mine, almost the entire project was handled by myself.
