The Battle of Yavin
This is the CGI I worked on in the last few days for the Fabio Palvelli challenge #renderchallenge_3.
When I was a child, I spent my days sitting on the ground watching "Star Wars - A New Hope" at least twice a week, on an old VHS TV recorded. Star Wars was a dream. The opening credits, the soundtrack, lightsabers, X-Wing, the Death Star... everything was a magic. This image has a huge value for me, sitting in front of that TV, I could imagine everything except that one day after 25 years I would have been able to reproduce that dream on my own with my favorite scene from the whole saga.
That dream today, for me, came true.
