CLIENT PROFILE:

Simon and Vicky as successful London fashion designers in the 90’s recognized a new trend starting on the streets and realised that this style was more than a fashion statement it was a way of life. ‘Vintage’ has now been embraced by the high street and Vicky and Simon have left the London rat race to create a new life style on the ethos of ‘make do and mend!’. The last few years have also proved to be successful for their business selling ‘pre-loved’ and restored home wear.
They have a small shop in a Northumbrian market town where one of their best sellers has become reconditioned lighting, telephones and jukeboxes. Each quality product inspired by their natural surrounding has a story to it. Simon and Vicky are not only selling an object but they are selling a lifestyle, a feeling, an emotion. They are truly passionate about their job and are in it purely for the love of the history. This couple is all about good design and are always on the look out for new opportunities. They realise they could now make a successful Internet business selling British vintage electronics, by sharing their love globally.

OBJECTIVE:

Seeing as the company specializes in reconditioning of vintage electronics, with a history and love for fashion and fabrics, the freshly created identity will reflect all this and more. The style will communicate a balance of tradition and contemporary, taking vintage artwork to a new level and making it distinctive. A passionate brand designed from the heart to symbolize what Simon and Vicky are all about and encapsulate their lifestyle and work approach.
