Mill Farm is a major property development by Millbrook Resort on an area that had previously been a working farm. As well as the 42 sites for sale the Millbrook golf course will be expanded by a further 9 holes, to create two full 18 hole courses.

This promotional book introduces the development, highlighting the history, environmental design, Millbrook experience, and the amazing sites on offer. A new suite of photographs was commissioned, a copywriter briefed to provide text, and landscape architects Baxter Design's maps and plans were edited and customised. These elements were compiled into a carefully designed and lavishly produced volume that embodied the key Mill Farm brand value of sophisticated rural luxury.
