Strategy / Approach: Clean & simple color selection and a more coherent design.

Issues / Challenges: 
- Low & multi-layered ceilings
- Restructure & refurbish in certain areas are prohibited.
- Chiller & freezer heating up due to poor ventilation.
- Existing site looks cramped, disconnected & dated.
- Pastry sales are low due to poor lighting.

Potential Solutions: 
- To create a more prominent entrance to the cake & pastry display area. 
- To push the ceiling up where it's possible / allowed, giving more headspace. 
- Relocation of chiller & freezer for better ventilation.
