We have a natural desire to control everything around us. But the future is always uncertain, it’s blurred. We are not able to predict how it will be like. It can be both an exciting and scary prospect. It is full of possibilities, which are out of our control. 

It is full of unanswered things. And unknown things cause our worry and anxiety quite naturally. We feel pressure of doing something wrong.

And instead of accepting the anxiety, we get scared of this feeling.

The future is blurred, it’s like a blank piece of paper where you can write anything. It’s like walking in the fog when you can only guess the shapes of the things.
