'Neutral' is a transportation node located within La Rive Gauche in Paris, France. Residing in a town of intriguing and alluring architectural work, Neutral aims to work behind the scenes. The program is a 'multi-service' center that provides the community with a variable framework for the insertion of future and current small businesses. Depending on the demand of a specific product or service, the community can encourage the 'plug-in' and or removal of a new or old amenity. Thus, allowing the culture to thrive in the way it needs to rather than grow under the dictation of a specific building type.
