Claustrophobia
Claustrophobia is a game I created from the idea of claustrophobia. The project was working with and around the whole idea of the theme and how the person creates it. The idea for me is making it into a more horror idea of it. Creating the sense of uncomfortable and uneasy feelings as you walk through narrow and tight corridors.
The image above is the old prototype of the game where the character was much faster and there was no sense of the idea. At most, I was really working onto the shadow and aspect of how tight I can make the rooms and corridors be.
The new and current one I made has a rather "noise" effect to the screen and a rather tight turns and empty useless rooms within the game. I also made the character much slower and even added a shadow figure following you, not currently doing anything to you but just standing on you. (It's hard to tell, but in the picture the shadow is there.) Adding and developing more into the game, I can see the many great ideas I can add onto the project.

Goals
The goals I have in mind is many many ideas. Through a sprint bar, and to a sanity bar that the shadow figures can hurt you, you can get the more sense of rush but closed in feeling of the theme. Maybe add rooms that flicker, and maybe add rooms with props in the background, like useless chairs, oddly placed in corners. I also wish to learn and add a sound to when the shadow figures come forward and slowly create and add more effect to the screen and the player of noises getting louder. I have a lot in mind and I wish to come back to this and improve much more.
