This is a new corporate brand for a product returns company based in Florida. The client brought in a sketch, which I revised and refined to what you see above. Originally the client wanted the man to be in pale coral pink, and his hat and box to be in pale lime green. Fortunately I was able to convince the client out of this very bizarre color selection, and after considerable back and forth, we decided on medium blue and orange-brown.

The typeface is an oldie: Univers Bold. I haven't used this face for over 20 years, but it was just perfect for the branding of this company, to give it strength, solidity and respectability.

I'll be working with the new company on their website, printed materials and packaging in the near future. The CEO of the company is completely jazzed (excited) with the new corporate branding and is looking forward to the rollout of the rest of the initial marketing steps.
