KID VADER - ATOMIC 14
Stretching their imaginations and entering a world of limitless possibilities Atomic14 created this Kid Vader scene blurring the boundaries between photography & CGI.
The vadar boy photographed by John Parker, was then built around to create the scene all in 3d. Atomic14 dressed the talent in a basic costume which was then added to using CGI to create the helmet, boots, cape and utility belt. This was a much more cost effective way of getting the right look and feel of the main character.The rest of the room and props are all created in CGI and then using Atomic14's knowledge of conventional lighting techniques they were able to give the room a futuristic modern feel.
