Mandalorian Accessories

Even though the show ended it's first season last December, I wanted to create an icon set on behalf of the Mandalorian TV show. I'm rather enthusiastic about the main character, Din Djarin, so I decided to create accessories from him and his creed. The presented image above represents the time I drew weapons and armory as child and I figured that the purpose is to use them as accessories for flat digital figurines.

The Sketching mainly focused on the main character. I wasn't thinking about any other character at the time and I wanted to focus on the parts of this particular character. However, I decided to take out less icons items such as the boots, the shoulder pads,  and the carriage. They just didn't feel necessary.
For the first draft, the critique was understandable. The flames were out of touch because they were the only element without strokes. Besides that, it wasn't entertaining because of the colors. They were too dim and low in contrast. My other struggle was the anchor points. Therefore, I aimed to use less anchor points and rely more on shapes.
I decided to add armor and weapons from other characters that are from the Mandalorian creed. These icons meet my objective because the accessories are focused on one character. They can mix with each other, creating new characters with a figurine.  Also, I swapped the gloves for Baby Yoda because the theme is incomplete without him.
