Ux case study for Pricing Tables

 UX Case study:

1.     A great user experience is written in plain language and directs the user to take action based on the goals of the business.

2.     The scannability and usability of the pricing page should be user-friendly. It should be clean, self-guided, and free of unnecessary information. It helps the user to decide the plan quickly and confidently.

3.     The main focus is on Uniformity and Consistency.

4.     Features like Testimonials, Currency change, Recommendation to one plan increases information over the page. It distracts the user and puts unnecessary cognitive strain on them. Therefore it should be avoided.

Main Highlights:

1.     The statement “More features, more…” builds trust and encourages the user to get the plan.

2.     As per the Interaction psychology, informing the user about the limitation of a lower plan pushes him to go for a higher one.

This is achieved in two ways: a. By showing the benefits as well as limitations of one plan. b. Graphical depiction by the horizontal green bar.

3.     Customer support number over the pricing page makes the design more user-centric. Putting it near the highest plan gives an additional trust to the user interested in it.

4.     Benefits scheme with the yearly plan encourages the user to select it.

5.     “See more” in the highest plan makes the user curious to know more benefits and increases the chance of selecting it.
