For the 2013 graduation season I created two invites, one for myself and one for a friend. They are both wildly different invitations, because they portray our personalities. I came up with a innovative and unique way to express myself and the upcoming celebration, while I created her invite from examples of other invites she had seen and liked and her desire to be simple and to the point.
