The Keep the Change initiative was spearheaded by Alderman Terry Witkowski in the City of Milwaukee to try to respectfully deal with panhandling problems.  It was patterned after similar campaigns in other cities, but given a new look and logo for Milwaukee's program.  Below are the logo, fliers, a poster and handout cards.
