Achieved a leadership role in the creation of Miami’s first Coffee Blend, starting from the infancy stages of ideation, all the way to the development and deployment of the overall brand. 

The Miami Grind Crafted Coffee has been in the making since 2015.  Miami University Dining, partnered with locally based Rooted Grounds Coffee to create the university's very own coffee blend.  Throughout the spring and summer of 2019, Miami Dining and Rooted Grounds Coffee began creating 12-ounce packages of the coffee blend as well as retail K-Cup options of the blend as well. A team of Miami's designers, myself included created the packaging, logo, and mock-up build of this brand to be sold all over Miami University's campus.  Miami students took part in naming the coffee, tasting the coffee, which in turn created Miami Grind.  This team project has now been implemented into production and can be purchased on campus as well as online starting January 25th, 2020.
