The project is located on formal thermal power plant mines in Kostolac, Serbia. The pollution that thermal power plants are creating made the city unhealthy for normal life, so it's rather becoming city of ghosts. Nature is destroyed and instead of trying to regenerate it, power plant moved on another location, leaving behind miles of a dead filed. A trace is imprinted on Kostolac and it's surroundings, which is hard to erase, penetrating and tearing deeper inside it's nature. Dying of the city is only the beginning of what is to come in the near future, which seems to carry only dystopia.
Project idea is to regenerate nature and make a new landscape and environment possible for living. It is designed as portable expedition that will leave new traces in the form of restored greenery. Because of it's needs to be portable, whole project is designed to be easily mounted, dismantled and transported on another dead spot in the filed, where another process of nature regeneration could begin. That resulted in creating similar research units, that will move and create a unique pattern in form of creating new landscape.
