Decoding is an introspective short film which explores the dyslexic mind attempting decode a body of text. 

ABOUT THE PROJECT: 

This project was inspired by my personal battle with dyslexia. Dyslexia is a complex beast that's difficult to verbally explain, especiailly to those who don't have it (my dad). DECODING explores a struggle to make sense of text through the perspective of a Dyslexic. The film shows an evolution of the physical presence of static ink (text) to its imagined form and the impact this has on the dyslexic mind. With help of an amazing make up artist and model I was able film and edit all of the elements seen throughout the video.
