This application is aiming to help users get more out of their Philips products, using a mobile app. For Philips, it is the first step in creating a relation with the Philips customer in a new and fluid way in order to generate a “wow” customer experience. The app sould also tie together the User and their data, the Philips products they use / own, and the data that these products generate, allowing Philips to create a better customer profile. In the future the app will evolve to a building block for Philips to combine the user data and the device-generated data into a personal health app / health dashboard.
