This last year for Christmas, my husband's sweet grandma mentioned that she was putting together a cookbook of all her favorite recipes for her kids and grandchildren.

Her plan was to send the Google Doc file to a local copy store. We wanted it to more suitably honor her legacy, so I offered my help to design it and get a higher quality print.
The floral pattern is from her wallpaper in her home, and the green background is the color of the adjacent wall. Every person that received instantly recognized the iconic wallpaper!

The front and back cover have a soft touch lamination for a smooth and sturdy look.
We added her signature to the forward, so that each child and grandchild had a signed copy from her.
I carried the floral pattern throughout the book as the edges to each of the pages. The guts are printed on gloss text to add shine and durability.
