Freelance project for Sidem Service

In the summer of 2012 I was asked by Sidem Service to design a system to clean trashbins. One of their customers picks these bins up and then cleans them manually, about 30 containers each month for different places.

The way they cleaned it before was to stick a high pressure hose in the bin and just let the water and dirt fly everywhere after wich the container still had to be cleaned by hand.

After talking with the people at Sidem Serivce we designed this frame where the bin is rolled up against and flipped into an angle. The operator presses the start button and the high pressure head cleans the bin allowing the water to flow out into a recepticle for the waste water.

The frame is built up out of stainless steel.
