LR ARE KEEN TO DEVELOP A CONSISTENT AND ON BRAND VISUAL LANGUAGE FOR THESE APPLICATIONS.

- Take the work being produced on the MAST program and develop this into a starter set of global guidelines to inform the visual language of LR Applications. This will include guidelines for global headers, colour palette, typography etc.

- Extend the guidelines beyond the MAST application to include mobile. Develop the guidelines into an online platform that can be accessed centrally. Look at expanding the guidelines to other channels such as web.

- Look strategically at the full customer journey and how customers are engaging with LR services. How can service design impact technology, business and innovation to improve the overall customer experience.
