My freelance project with my previous company. Ipmart Design is a manufacturer and distributor of various kind of IT accessories. After Ileaving the company as Product Designer, the have calling me back to do a freelance design project. They ask me to design a connector for Iphone 5, starting with 30-pin to lightning adapter to USB cables.

 

Designing accessories for a product like an iPhone is quite challenging to me. The apearance of minimalist or 'less-is-more' combined with elegance had to draw out. I have to be extra careful with every single line and curve I've made.

 

However this project has never complete to production due to unexpected circumstances. And this design is still available, if anybody interested, to be discussed for production. Thanks!
