"Wine show me the art of my own history"
Sonnet of wine, J.L. Borges.

History and stories all concentrated in a unique and personal wine cellar. Gabriel Corchero Studio have developed a special project where meets and enjoy a large collection of wines, cheeses and “embutidos”.

The wine cellar is divided into two independent habits, one for reds and one for whites and sparkling wines. Able to house 600 bottles approximately. Distributed between inclined shelves and wooden boxes. It also has a staircase made of beech wood for greater comfort when taking the bottles. The cellar has a height of 3.40m.

Embedded in the side of the cellar we find a small cellar for the exhibition and preservation of cheeses and “embutidos”.

The interior is made of cedar wood it’s an elegant and ideal wood to keep moisture inside the cellar. Although the essential element of this project is the double glazing under emitter, of a honey hue, which manages to isolate the different temperatures from outside and inside, thus respecting the ideal environment of the wines.

To create a cozy atmosphere we have arranged a delicate and precise LED lighting spread over the shelves, which reinforce the presence of specific elements.

We can say that it is a very careful piece in all its details for a product as peculiar as wine.
