Re: Choice is a take out box design for a Brooklyn based restaurant Choice Market. The new take out box features big,secure handles that are easy to carry, perforation on the sides and logo cut-out that also serves as ventilation for the food.

Choice Market has been a local favorite for Brooklynites for more than 5 years. However, there are several issues at Choice that customers are not too keen of, such of their slow delivery time, disorganized menu, etc. I chose take out box to redesign for Choice Market because it has the most problems.

When I showed my sketch models to Phia, she didn’t like the one where the perforation comes around the box because the box can not close back . Phia told me that 4 out of 10 costumers save their food for later, so the box has to be reusable. Aftering discussing with Phia and her co-workers, they liked the big handles, the half perforation on the sides and the cut out of the logo on the box.
